The Los Angeles Rams should consider bringing back former champion Odell Beckham Jr. to bolster the wide receiver room.

The Los Angeles Rams are among the top teams in the NFL as the 2026 season slowly approaches.

Despite losing some players to free agency, the Rams have mostly kept their roster together. Even without steep needs, there are still some areas of improvement that should be made ahead of next season.

The wide receiver position is not necessarily a weakness, but adding depth could go a long way. In fact, one could argue that a lack of depth at the position contributed to their shortcomings in 2025.

The Rams could use some help, whether it's through the draft or another free agency acquisition, and one name they could turn to is former champion Odell Beckham Jr.

Beckham Jr. played a vital role for the team in their Super Bowl title run in 2021, bringing in 288 yards and two touchdowns through the playoffs that helped propel Los Angeles to a big win.

The former All-Pro is only 33 years old, a few months older than Davante Adams. His best days may be behind him, but with a limited role, especially in an offense that he is well familiar with, Beckham Jr. could thrive.

On top of that, the Pro Bowl wide receiver showed that he can still play with the best of them. This past weekend at Tom Brady's flag football event, Beckham showed that he has plenty left in the tank.

Before the game, Beckham Jr. told TV personality Kay Adams that he has intentions of continuing his NFL career.

“Looking forward to hopefully getting an opportunity to play this year, and hopefully, this is kinda just a starting point,” Beckham told Adams.

ESPN NFL insider Adam Schefter shared that Beckham Jr. has a strong desire to play next season.

"I saw OBJ at the Super Bowl, and we talked, and he definitely wanted to play, and he feels healthy. He feels like he could help a team," Schefter said. "There are certain places I think that would appeal to him. The Giants would make some sense. That would be an awesome reunion. There was some way that could happen. But he definitely would like to come back and play, and he feels like he could definitely help somebody this year."

The former first-round pick did not play in the NFL last season. His last NFL season came in 2024 with the Miami Dolphins.

In 10 NFL seasons, Beckham Jr. has totaled 7,987 career receiving yards and 59 touchdowns.

The former LSU Tiger could help the Rams in 2026, but there is a chance they will go get a younger pass catcher with their No. 13 overall pick.
