Los Angeles Rams star Davante Adams has received a major update on playing in Week 14.

There has been some concern regarding the availability of Los Angeles Rams star Davante Adams. He suffered a hamstring injury in the team's loss to the Carolina Panthers, which carried into practice leading to Week 14.

Now, Adams has received a major update on his availability for the divisional matchup against the Arizona Cardinals.

Hamstring injuries can be tricky, and based on the severity of the injury, they can often lead players to miss weeks and months.

Naturally, when Adams appeared on the injury report with the hamstring ailment, concern was immediately felt.

That concern was amplified when Adams did not practice on Wednesday. He was upgraded to a limited participant on Wednesday, but missing practice always draws more red flags.

Despite the injury concern, Adams is reportedly set to play against the Cardinals.

Per a source from ESPN's Jeremy Fowler, the expectation is that Adams will play on Sunday. This could be altered if anything happens between now and Friday's practice.

Adams might also be limited on Friday to give himself a day more to completely heal. Either way, he will look to catch more red zone touchdowns from Matthew Stafford.

Adams surprisingly leads the league with 14 receiving touchdowns, despite only having 689 receiving yards. As stated, he and Stafford have built some huge chemistry when it comes to goal-line opportunities.

Adams and Puka Nacua have combined to be one of the best wide receiver tandems in the NFL.

Current Status of Tutu Atwell

The Rams are also waiting for Tutu Atwell to be ready to play. He is currently participating in full, but will be somewhat of a healthy scratch.

Rams head coach Sean McVay already indicated that Atwell will remain on IR through Week 14. He may be activated in Week 15 instead.

When Atwell comes back, he will join the already impressive combination of Adams and Nacua.

Atwell suffered a hamstring injury in Week 6, which has lingered and been an issue for him through the rest of the regular season. McVay is biding his time to activate the wide receiver, but it may happen towards the end of the regular season or during the playoffs.
