A list of the coaches that the Baltimore Ravens have added under Jesse Minter thus far.

The Baltimore Ravens hired Jesse Minter as the new head coach, and before he was formally introduced, he began to get busy building his staff.

It has taken some time, but the team finally decided on a defensive coordinator in former Miami Dolphins coach Anthony Weaver. Weaver is also very familiar with the Ravens organization, having been with the team from 2021 to 2023.

That said, there have been multiple coaches added. Here is a confirmed list so far.

Thus far, the Ravens have hired:

Offensive coordinator: Declan Doyle

Doyle comes over from the Chicago Bears, where he served as offensive coordinator alongside head coach Ben Johnson.

Defensive coordinator: Anthony Weaver

As stated, Weaver was the former defensive coordinator of the Dolphins and served as defensive line coach and assistant head coach for the Ravens.

Offensive line coach: Dwayne Ledford

Ledford is the former offensive line coach and run game coordinator, serving in those roles for the Atlanta Falcons from 2021 to 2025.

Assistant offensive line coach: Shawn Flaherty

Flaherty worked as Ledford's assistant coach with the Falcons and joined the Ravens in 2026.

Inside linebackers coach: Tyler Stanucci

Stanucci is a holdover from John Harbaugh's staff and was the linebackers coach in 2025.

Passing game coordinator/secondary coach: Mike Mickens

Mike Mickens joins the Ravens after spending six seasons with the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, helping transform the secondary into one of the best in the nation.

Defensive assistant: P.J. Volker

Volker joins Minter's staff after coaching with the Navy. He has ties to Minter from Georgia State and Indiana State.

Game management coordinator: Charlie Gelman

Gelman is the former football analyst and game management coach who spent the last three seasons with the Indianapolis Colts. He is now in a similar role with Minter and the Ravens.

Special teams coach/kicking specialist: Randy Brown

Browns has spent 18 seasons with the Ravens, and is also a holdover from Harbaugh's staff.

There will be far more hires in the coming days and weeks, but Minter has been steadily busy putting his staff together. Weaver and Doyle are among the most notable additions and will be instrumental in running the team alongside Minter.
