The Baltimore Ravens are predicted to land this Super Bowl champion linebacker for the 2026 season.

The Baltimore Ravens have a very busy offseason ahead of them.

The Ravens have a ton on their plate this spring, much of which involves bolstering their defensive front. The tean's main priorities this offseason are to strengthen its defensive line and edge rushing position.

With Jesse Minter now at the helm, a defensive-minded coach, it's vital for Baltimore's defense to improve, and it must. The Ravens will look to bolster the edge rushing position, and Bleacher Report's Alex Ballentine has them adding Super Bowl champion, Boye Mafe.

"The best free agents are the ones that have the potential to actually outperform their contract. Boye Mafe's stats don't pop off the page. He only tallied two sacks last season. However, he was eighth in the league in pass-rush win rate.

"That points toward a higher ceiling than his counting stats would indicate. Jesse Minter needs a premier pass rusher and Mafe would thrive in his system."

The 27-year-old will be one of the more highly-touted free agents in 2026.

Mafe has established himself as one of the premier edge rushers in this free agency class. His 2025 season was not the best of his career, as he tallied 31 combo tackles, four tackles for loss, four quarterback hits, two sacks, five passes defended and one forced fumble.

Mafe played in 17 games but only started in four of them.

The Seattle Seahawks selected the former Minnesota Golden Gopher in the second round of the 2022 NFL Draft. Mafe has started in a little over half of the games he's played in his career.

In his career, Mafe has recorded 164 total tackles, 20 sacks, 14 passes defended, 24 tackles for loss, three forced fumbles and 36 quarterback hits.

As a pass rusher, Mafe is elite. According to ESPN analytics, Mafe ranked seventh in win rate among all edge rushers in 2025. He had a win percentage of 20 percent and was behind the likes of other elite pass rushers like Micah Parsons, Will Anderson, and Myles Garrett.

NFL.com's Gregg Rosenthal listed Mafe just outside the top 10 in the top available free agents.

"Mafe’s film is more intriguing than his stats. He is an incredible athlete who plays hard and can handle a variety of roles. He’s worth the premium he’ll cost."

Although he had played throughout the Seahawks' Super Bowl run, he did not record any tackles or sacks in the three playoff games.
