The Baltimore Ravens have multiple top free agents, with some potentially moving on to new teams.
Free agency is always a toss-up. While the Baltimore Ravens are known for rewarding their players, they have multiple top players who could find new teams in 2026.
Ravens general manager Eric DeCosta did state in his press conference with owner Steve Bisciotti that the front office will explore a less-than-traditional approach in the 2026 offseason. This approach will be to take some bigger swings at "big ticket items," as DeCosta put it.
Considering the needs at wide receiver, pass rush, secondary, and more, the team will need to navigate their current cap situation to determine where they want to swing big.
That's not to mention the multiple top pending free agents currently on the Ravens.
With that said, here are the top potential free agents for Baltimore.
Center, Tyler Linderbaum
There might not be a bigger pending free agent than center Tyler Linderbaum. Arguably, the glue that holds the offensive line together, Linederbaum continued to showcase his skillset in 2025.
Linderbaum is ranked the fifth-best center on PFF with an overall grade of 80.3 out of 40 qualified centers. He remains in the top five of most top free agent lists, and could fetch a contract that pays him around nearly $18 million per season.
Linderbaum is in the final year of his rookie contract, and after making around $3.5 million, he is in line for a major payday.
Guard, Daniel Faalele
In a similar situation to Linderbaum is Faalele, who is in the final year of his rookie contract. The difference is that he is only being paid a little over $1 million.
Faalele comes in at 55 out of 81 qualified guards on PFF, with an overall grade of 56.8. While his numbers are a bit low, he only allowed four sacks and committed five penalties in the 2025 season.
Faalele's numbers in 2025 may have left a lot to be desired, but he remains a solid guard. He could fetch a contract of around $10 million per season, potentially fetching a two or three-year deal from the Ravens.
Defensive end, Dre'Mont Jones
Dre'Mont Jones was a solid pickup for the Ravens, and he secured seven total sacks in 2025. He brought in 4.5 sacks in the first nine games with the Tennessee Titans and 2.5 sacks with Baltimore after that.
In March 2025, he signed a one-year, $10 million deal with the Titans. Jones should fetch around the same amount. While the Ravens could offer him a one-year deal similar to the one the Titans gave him, they may to save the money on landing a bigger pass rusher in free agency.
Tight end, Isaiah Likely
Isaiah Likely may have had a down year with the Ravens, bringing in 307 yards and one touchdown, but he can still be a viable pass-catching weapon.
The Ravens may not want to give Likely a big extension considering his lower production, but he may be up for a franchise tag in 2026. That would pay him around $15.8 million.
Baltimore could also offer him something along the lines of a one-year, $12 million "prove-it" year, allowing him to showcase a better performance when Lamar Jackson is healthy.
