A look at some bold predictions for the Baltimore Ravens matchup with the Atlanta Falcons.
The Baltimore Ravens will face off against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 5, but they will do so without the help of quarterback Lamar Jackson. Jackson has been ruled out due to his sprained ankle, leaving Tyler Huntley to start.
Huntley took over in Week 4 when the injury occurred, leading to no second-half points against the Tennessee Titans. However, he now has a full week under his belt as the starter in practice and could have a much better game.
Here are four bold predictions for the Ravens - Falcons matchup.
Huntley Will Have Three Total Touchdowns
Huntley could not muster the Ravens' offense to score any points against the Titans in Week 4, but he has shown in the past to be plenty capable of running this offense.
With more firepower than he has seen in recent years, Huntley will use his legs and throwing capabilities to secure three total touchdowns. This will include two thrown touchdowns and one rushing.
The Bills' offense is not great at stopping points, and Huntley will lean heavily on Derrick Henry, Zay Flowers, and the rest of the unit.
Ravens Defense Will Silence Bijan Robinson
One way that Baltimore can get a leg up against the Falcons is to stop running back Bijan Robinson. The issue is that stopping Robinson is way easier said than done.
Robinson is not only one of the toughest runners in the NFL, but he can catch out of the backfield as well.
Not having outside linebacker Trey Hendrickson will be tough, but defensive lineman Calais Campbell and the front seven will keep the star back from reaching 50 yards on the ground.
Derrick Henry Will Rush For Over 100 Yards
Multiple teams have found a way to stop running back Derrick Henry from getting over the 100-yard rushing mark, which is a benchmark he has not passed since Week 1.
The Falcons have the league's top run-stopping defense, as they have only surrendered 48 yards per game to opponents. However, Henry will find a way to hit those creases and explode in the manner that he does.
With Huntley taking over, expect more action from Henry to achieve his first 100-yard rushing game since Week 1.
Tyler Loop Will Kick a Perfect Game
Tyler Loop missed a 40-yard try in Week 4, but he also set a record with a 64-yarder in that same game. Considering the Ravens' offense may need a bit of time to get going, Loop will be instrumental.
Should Baltimore need to kick field goals from a distance to get some points on the board, Loop will find a way to not miss a single kick in Week 5, which could be the reaon the Ravens win their fourth game of the season.
