Although the Saints are not participating in the playoffs this season, they received some fun news that Chase Young was named NFC Defensive Player of the Month for the month of December. 

Over his last four games, Young recorded 18 tackles and 5 sacks. Despite missing the beginning of the NFL season, Chase Young left everything out on the field day in and day out. The 2025 season may not have gone the way everyone would have liked, but it is evident that the Saints have a solid core of players.
