According to multiple reports, the New Orleans Saints wide receiver Brandin Cooks have agreed to part ways. The 12-year veteran now hits waivers in search of his sixth team i nhis career. 

In 10 games played this season, Cooks has amassed 19 catches (25 targets) for 165 yards (8.7 avg) and zero touchdowns. It is currently unclear what type of role Cooks desires in his next destination, but presumably he would want to land somewhere that would allow him to maximize his opportunity to still contribute on a competitive team.
