The New Orleans Saints showed more offensive struggles in the team's PFF Grades following its loss against Tampa Bay on Sunday.

The New Orleans Saints' tough loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday brought plenty of drama.

Offensively, the Black and Gold just couldn't get anything going, scoring just three points on the day. Quarterback Spencer Rattler was benched for Tyler Shough, and now, head coach Kellen Moore has a tough decision to make on who he will turn to as the franchise's starter moving forward. Aside from this, key drops by wide receivers and a lack of production on the ground continued to plague the team.

Here's a look at some of the highest and lowest-graded Saints players in Week 8, with a minimum of  25 snaps played.

Highest: RT Taliese Fuaga, 71.4

The fact that the highest-graded player for New Orleans scored a 71.4 is a bit alarming... but hats off to Fuaga, because he did play well.

The right tackle was incredibly effective at run blocking, scoring an 86.7 in that area. Unfortunately, the Saints moved away from the rushing attack as the game went on, so Fuaga didn't have more time to shine. His pass-blocking grade of 61.4 was noticeably lower than some of his fellow linemen, but he was still far from the biggest problem.

The offensive line has needed a good bit of help, and Fuaga has been performing well consistently over the past few weeks. Time well tell just how much he continues to step up when it matters most.

Second-highest: QB Tyler Shough, 71.2

Shough came in at a tough spot during the game, and he at least performed well under pressure.

The rookie graded at 71.2 after completing 17-of-30 passes for 128 yards and one interception -- that pick was stripped from the hands of Chris Olave, so it doesn't count as heavily against Shough in this week's grades.

While his stats were average at best, what made Shough stand out was his ability to evade pressure more readily than Rattler. It'll be interesting to see if that was just pure luck, or if he can continue to have a better pocket presence as he takes on the starting role for the Black and Gold.

Lowest: QB Spencer Rattler, 35.1

Rattler had his worst performance of the season by far, and it ultimately led to him being replaced by Shough moving forward.

Everyone has given the second-year signal-caller the benefit of the doubt for much of the season, and it's somewhat justified given how bad his offensive supporting cast has been. However, Rattler seems to have regressed week by week, and his 35.1 grade against the Bucs was largely due to bad turnovers and even worse mobility in the pocket; he scored a 29.1 run grade.

With Rattler heading to the bench, his future with the franchise remains unclear. Hopefully, this isn't how he ends his time with New Orleans.

Second-lowest: LG Trevor Penning, 47.5

Penning was a liability on the offensive line in more ways than one.

For starters, his pass-blocking grade of 52.0 was the worst among all linemen, and his run-blocking grade of 52.2 wasn't much better. Additionally, Penning had three penalties on the afternoon -- that's half of the offense's six total fouls, and he's the only player who had more than one.

Many hoped that Penning could've stepped up some this season, and taken on a bigger role as a leader on the line. As of now, he has been incredibly underwhelming, and he hasn't shown many signs of making an improvement.
