It appears many are liking what Fleury is building in Seattle.
It might be Brian Fleury's first time being an offensive coordinator with the Seattle Seahawks, but players are already picking up what he's putting down in camp.
With Klint Kubiak now with the Las Vegas Raiders, it has been Fleury who has stepped into the coordinator role, and by all accounts, players are liking the little differences he's bringing to the system.
Of course, a large portion of what the Seahawks are doing comes from last season, but with Fleury's own flavor put onto it.
We have heard from Sam Darnold, Mike Macdonald and others about how good Fleury has been this offseason, getting his vision across, how he teaches and, more importantly, how he has developed relationships with his players.
And now we have another glowing endorsement for what Fleury is building in Seattle, this time from receiver Cody White, who was a guest on Seattle Sports' Bump and Stacy.
"Some of the language is different," White said. "A lot of the philosophy and the way that we want to play football is the same. So, just kind of learning the new verbiage and picking up on it pretty quick and then just playing football how we did a lot last year and just building on the success we had and just keep going growing from there. So, it's been good."
Of course, we are at the point in the offseason where the sun is shining, everyone looks like a Pro Bowler, and the vibes are good. Adversity hasn't hit yet.
With preseason games set to begin in the next week as the Dallas Cowboys are on the schedule, we will get a little taste of what Fleury wants in 2026.
Yes, it will be largely vanilla due to the Seahawks not wanting to show their hand in a preseason game, but we can gauge how the offense is traveling and how the depth chart could shake out at several positions.
But for now, it is all about narrowing down the details and mastering Fleury's system, which, by all accounts, is running rather smoothly.
It has been a good offseason for the Super Bowl champs, with Fleury's offense in great shape as the season draws closer.
