The game was all about the difference over the course of two halves, which leaves Mike Macdonald with a lot to think about.
The Seattle Seahawks' 19-16 loss to the Tennessee Titans at Nissan Stadium in their second preseason game was all about one half being not like the other half.
The first, with Seattle's backups, was good, as Drew Lock moved the ball down the field at will against Tennessee's starters.
The second half with Jalen Milroe? Not great, as Seattle was held scoreless while the Titans overran them.
Defensively, again the first half was good, second half? Yeah, not so much.
So, without further ado, here are our Good, Bad and Ugly from the loss to Tennessee.
Good - First half showing:
The Seahawks scored touchdowns on their first two drives, with Lock finding tight end Elijah Arroyo for a 36-yard touchdown.
Then, on the second drive, Jacardia Wright broke free for a 69-yard touchdown, and Seattle was 14-0 up and cruising.
The defense conceded a field goal, then had a turnover on downs, before forcing back-to-back punts, before two field goals to end the half.
So, all in all, a good showing.
Bad - Jalen Milroe and that second half:
It was a rough watch for fans in that second half as Milroe and the offense was shutout.
A punt and interception to start the half wasn't ideal, before another punt, a turnover on downs, and another interception.
Milroe would finish his night going 6-for-11 for 52 yards, two interceptions, and he also took two sacks, as he once again held onto the football for too long, and the pass rush got to him.
So, the offense didn't cover itself in glory in that second half.
Ugly - Bud Clark's injury:
One thing you want to get out of the preseason games is your health, and unfortunately for rookie safety Bud Clark, his night in Nashville lasted one play.
He suffered a lower leg injury that, per Gregg Bell of the News Tribune, had players "distraught," and as he was being carted off the field, Clark had an air cast around his leg, which, as we know, is never a good sign.
And it was confirmed after the game that Clark had suffered a broken ankle, which is just horrible for the rookie, who was just starting to make his way in the league.
