Inside the details of the Seattle Seahawks' jewelry honoring their Super Bowl LX victory.
The Seattle Seahawks have received their rings commemorating the Super Bowl LX victory over the New England Patriots in February.
According to the team website, the jewelry, designed by Jason of Beverly Hills, "not only touch on elements of the 2025 team that made that group so special, but also pay homage to Lumen Field and the team's fans."
And if you're wondering about the size, like many modern Super Bowl rings year after year, this one is the largest in history.
"The Super Bowl LX championship ring will forever represent our historic 50th season and the dedication and determination of our entire franchise," Seahawks president Chuck Arnold said. "We are deeply grateful to Jason of Beverly Hills for bringing our vision to life. The stories told in the ring's design perfectly capture the significance of an unforgettable season and the unwavering support of our fans."
The piece includes many intricate details that tell parts of that story.
The ring's shape is meant to replicate the exterior design of Lumen Field, fit with a button that protrudes "wings" from the sides, unveiling a "WORLD CHAMPIONS" wordmark.
When it comes to the details, the ring includes two Vince Lombardi trophies to recognize the Seahawks' two Super Bowl wins, 50 white diamonds around the center logo to represent the franchise's 50th year of existence in 2025, as well as the Seattle skyline, players' names and jersey numbers, and the team motto, "12 As One".
The top of the ring can also be detached and hung on a necklace as a pendant. And under the pendant? Cuts of game-used footballs that have been neatly fit into the ring's mold.
"With every process it's different and every experience is unique to the team," said Jason Arasheben, the founder of Jason of Beverly Hills, about the design process. "Sometimes we'll deal with just the owner, sometimes we'll deal with an executive, sometimes we'll deal with just the players.
"On this particular ring with the Seahawks, it was a collaborative effort. We sat down with the president of the team, Chuck Arnold, we sat down with [vice president of brand and marketing] Tyson [Fladreau], we sat down with their creative department, we collaborated with our creative department to create a ring that is a masterpiece. We also sat down with players, we sat down with Cooper Kupp, we sat down with Jaxon [Smith-Njigba] and other players. We wanted to understand what was important to them."
As you can tell by the videos the Seahawks' social media team uploaded, the players enjoyed the new ice.
Above all, the Seahawks hoped to represent the fans, or the 12th Man that has become a symbol of community within the city of Seattle.
"The 12s are at the center of this ring, just like they are really in everything that we do," Flandreau said. "When you see the ring, they're represented in multiple ways to honor what they mean to the team."
