More changes have come to the Seahawks' front office.

It has been an offseason of change for the Super Bowl-winning Seattle Seahawks, both on and off the field.

Key members of the franchise's Super Bowl win have moved on to other ventures, and we have also seen some front-office staff move on to other opportunities.

In truth, it is hard to keep everything the same year on year, as if you are successful like Seattle was, other organizations want your people in their building, and that is exactly what has happened.

We know that both Trent Kirchner and Nolan Teasley have departed for the Minnesota Vikings, and that has left job openings in Seattle's front office.

Yes, general manager John Schneider is still the top man, but under him there are now some key moves that have been made.

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero posted on X regarding two moves that have recently been made in the front office for Seattle.

"The Seahawks are promoting Willie Schneider and Matt Berry to assistant general manager, sources tell NFL Network," Pelissero posted.

"With Nolan Teasley and Trent Kirchner off to Minnesota after a second Super Bowl win, GM John Schneider rewards Berry, who interviewed for the Titans GM job last year, and his nephew Willie, a rising star."

So, a couple of moves have been made to give Willie and Matt a chance to prove themselves in what is no doubt an exciting role for the pair.

Of course, John will still be calling the shots, but he will be getting advice from Berry and Schneider regarding a lot of things within the organization.

Given that the Seahawks are, right now, at the top of the NFL mountain, staying there is perhaps harder than the climb itself, and with these two moves, maybe it is a sign that the front office wanted to promote within, instead of looking for outside help.

It is clear from Pelissero's post that Willie is one name to watch, and Berry, who even interviewed for a general manager job with the Tennessee Titans, is on the rise.

It gives the Seahawks three top names to help shape and mold this roster and franchise in 2026 with the hopes of going back-to-back.

Yes, there will be some teachings along the way, but Seattle clearly feels it is making the right decision by promoting from within.
