The Seattle Seahawks' running back room has undergone some changes since the Super Bowl.
Kenneth Walker is now with the Kansas City Chiefs, and Emanuel Wilson was signed in free agency to be part of the room.
But many are questioning exactly what the Seahawks are doing with their run game, largely due to the lack of a genuine starter in 2026.
Wilson is a career backup, and Zach Charbonnet hasn't been "the" guy for Seattle yet, playing second-fiddle to Walker last season.
Then there are George Holani and Kenny McIntosh as the other options.
Given Charbonnet's ACL injury, he is likely to be sidelined for the early portion of the season. That leaves Wilson and Holani as the top options to lead Brian Fleury's offense on the ground in Week 1.
That won't instill much confidence in fans.
And now it appears it doesn't in Seattle, either.
Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, free agent running back Najee Harris visited the Seahawks on Wednesday. He also plans to visit the Las Vegas Raiders as well.
So this is an interesting development.
Harris is coming off an Achilles injury sustained in September, so exactly how healthy he is will be a key factor in whether Seattle signs him.
He only played two games in 2025 for the Los Angeles Chargers, so Harris will be physically fresh.
So, is he a fit for Seattle?
Well, the Seahawks already have a bruiser in Charbonnet, but Harris is a different back as he doesn't possess the breakaway speed Zach does.
He's got the power to grind down the opposition and isn't afraid to be the bellcow for the offense.
Prior to last season, Harris posted 1,000+ rushing yards in each of his first four years with the Steelers. So he can be productive.
Last year was a setback.
But now, it appears the Seahawks see value.
Still with a little over $33 million in cap space per Over The Cap, we might urge the Seahawks to look at Harris as a low-risk, high-reward signing.
Coming in to either be the starter or relief for Charbonnet, the Seahawks might need a veteran to take charge of the room.
It is a little risky, given Harris' injury, but Rapoport also stated that Najee is offering a health check to the Seahawks and Raiders, to ease their minds on his injury.
Harris a Seahawk in 2026?
I don't mind the sound of that.
