Seahawks earn top marks in coaching and leadership, showcasing elite player support and organizational alignment. A near-perfect report card reveals a franchise built for sustained success.

The latest NFLPA team report card delivered a powerful message about the direction of the Seattle Seahawks: this is one of the league’s premier organizations from top to bottom.

Across nearly every major category — coaching, leadership, support staff, and player resources — Seattle earned elite marks, reinforcing the belief inside the building that the franchise is aligned, player-focused, and built for sustained success.

Anyone that has seen the report cards for any of the teams knows how rare an A+ is, and that is exactly what Seattle's defensive coordinator, Aden Durde, got for his grade.

The Seahawks' defense was one of the biggest factors in them making it to the Super Bowl for the first time since 2015. The champions allowed the sixth-fewest yards in the league in 2025, and were third in the league in rushing yards allowed.

Former offensive coordinator Klint Kubiak and head coach Mike Macdonald both earned 'A' grades, as they were instrumental in the team hoisting their first Vince Lombardi Trophy since 2014.

Leadership beyond the sidelines received equally strong validation, as both team ownership and the general manager earned 'A' grades. When ownership, the front office, and the coaching staff are all aligned at that level, it creates a foundation that contenders are built on.

And we see that all pay off this past season with the team's second ever Super Bowl win.

The one grade that does jump off the page in a bad way is the F for home game field. In a city known for one of the most passionate fan bases in football, that evaluation stands in stark contrast to the rest of the report.

The main reason for this grade is most likely the artificial turf that is used for Lumen Field, which many believe has been the cause of a lot of injuries to some of the NFL's best players in the past.

Overall, the report card confirms that Seattle is operating at an elite level. With championship-caliber grades across leadership, coaching, and player support, the Seahawks have built an infrastructure designed not just to compete — but to sustain success.
