Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers made NFL history against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday.
The future Hall of Famer became just the fifth player in NFL history to eclipse 65,000 passing yards, joining legends Tom Brady, Drew Brees, Peyton Manning and Brett Favre.
Rodgers, 41, is fifth in NFL history in passing yards. The four-time MVP could retire after this season, as he only signed a one-year deal with the Steelers in the offseason.
One of the greatest players of all time, Rodgers has played for the Green Bay Packers, New York Jets and Steelers. He entered the Pittsburgh-Buffalo game with 64,921 passing yards and 522 passing touchdowns.
A 10-time Pro Bowler, Rodgers played against the Bills despite having at least three fractures in his left wrist, according to NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport. The talented gunslinger got hurt in Week 11 against the Cincinnati Bengals and missed Week 12 against the Chicago Bears.
After losing to the Bills, the Steelers dropped to 6-6 on the season. They have the same record as the Baltimore Ravens.
Rodgers went 10-21 for 117 yards against the Bills. He fumbled after getting sacked and Buffalo scored a touchdown on the play.
Rodgers suffered an injury to his nose. Cameras showed him bleeding after getting hit hard by Bills star Joey Bosa.
The Steelers face the Ravens next week. That is going to be a huge game, as the winner will take sole possession of first place in the AFC North.
