Pittsburgh Steelers veteran Cam Heyward pulled no punches.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are an old team. There's no way to ignore that.

However, Cam Heyward believes he and his teammates still have a lot left in the tank with five games left in the regular season, starting with this Sunday against the Baltimore Ravens.

The winner of the Steelers-Ravens game will take sole possession of first place in the AFC North.

"A lot left in the tank," Heyward said. "You sign up to play football. You don't sign up to count heartbeats. We got to do whatever it takes to get the job done. You've seen teams, you look at that Super Bowl [the Steelers won at the end of the 2005 season, beating Seattle], they had to have a string of games late to really qualify for the playoffs.

"So, one, you got to get off the field when you can, but two, whatever comes in front of you, you got to go out and attack it."

The Steelers are banged up right now. Aaron Rodgers has multiple fractures in his left wrist, Derrick Harmon won't play against the Ravens because of a knee injury and DeShon Elliott, Dean Lowry and Daniel Ekuale are done for the season.

To beat the Ravens, the Steelers have to contain Lamar Jackson and Derrick Henry. Heyward and Co. are coming off a bad game last week against the Buffalo Bills, as the Black and Gold gave up 249 yards on the ground.

The Steelers are averaging 23.4 points per game and giving up 24.1 points per game. Let's see if Mike Tomlin and Co. can snap their two-game losing streak against the Ravens, who are coming off a loss as well.
