It was football talk.

In the Pittsburgh Steelers' game against the Cleveland Browns last Sunday, a video circulated quickly on social media of T.J. Watt, the Steelers' superstar edge rusher, yelling at his defensive coordinator in the booth.

Watt literally took one of his coaches' headsets and went ballistic on his defensive coordinator, which didn't seem usual.

However, in an action-packed sport like football, with grown-ups making tough decisions and plays, it isn't as uncommon as it might seem. It just happened to be caught on camera this time, and social media ran with it.

Speaking to reporters about what actually happened, the Steelers' defensive coordinator pretty much confirmed that.

He said it was a normal conversation and that he wasn't going to get into the details. Both of them were talking about football, and while it might have looked bad to the outside eye, all of it was just a normal conversation that might have been a bit emotional.

"Just normal football conversation. I'm not going to get into details of it," Patrick Graham told reporters, per Heavy. "Again, just talking to me and talking ball, talking football…

"People always talk about an emotional game. We're emotional people. So to me, I encourage the emotions in terms of I want their full selves out there when they're playing," said Graham. "How we direct that and funnel it, again, if there was a microphone on me every time or a camera on me every time I'm reacting up there in the box, I'm sure you guys would be wondering what the hell am I talking about.

It's not a bad thing to hear that Watt was trying to hold his defensive coordinator accountable, because that is actually something we want to happen.

For the Steelers to be the defensive team they need to be, a lot of that will start with a guy like Watt and Graham getting on the same page.

Steelers players clearly weren't happy losing to the Browns, and it's not a bad thing if they're being accountable to try to improve.
