Texans head coach DeMeco Ryans appeared on a Texans podcast episode discussing his expectations for his football team. Ryans said, “I’m like man I know we scored 40 points, I know that’s a great job, but like man, should it have been over 50?”

This type of winning culture has proven to be contagious throughout the Texans locker room, especially the defense. DeMeco Ryans continued by saying, “What do you expect of yourself? Do you expect greatness of yourself? How do you really chase greatness? That’s what I want our guys to see. You’re chasing greatness, you’re chasing excellence.”
