NFL free agency starts on March 11th, and many Texans fans/media members have speculated on what the ideal haul would be for the period. 

X users like @InvisibleTexans envision a scenario where general manager Nick Caserio brings in names like running back Breece Hall, center Cade Mays and tight end Cade Otton. 

All three of those names possess the "reasonable cost, high upside" quality that could fit perfectly with the Texans' current financial constraints and roster needs.
