After freeing up tens of millions of dollars in cap space after restructuring and extending several roster contracts, the Texans are in line to spend big on free agents once the NFL's legal tampering period begins tomorrow afternoon.

Specifically, Houston needs to address the offensive line, and players like center Cade Mays, guard Wyatt Teller and guard Joel Bitonio are all available to be selected from in the free agent pool.
