While Carnell Tate neared a career milestone, Cam Ward’s turnovers and a costly fumble stalled Tennessee’s momentum, gifting Derrick Henry a triumphant revenge game in Baltimore.

Tennessee Titans fans hadn't seen Derrick Henry on the opposite sideline until Sunday.

The Titans took on the Baltimore Ravens on the road in Week 4, seeing Henry in his Ravens purple for the first time since he left the franchise at the end of the 2023 season.

The weather wasn't perfect, but nowhere near as bad as it was in Week 3 at MetLife Stadium.

The Titans got the ball first and avoided a special teams mishap on the opening kickoff. Unfortunately, it wasn't long before Cam Ward turned the ball over to the Ravens.

Ward was hit and tried to avoid a sack with a shovel pass. The only problem was that it went to the wrong-colored jersey. Trenton Simpson intercepted the pass that was intended for Tony Pollard, and the Ravens took over after two plays on the Titans' opening drive.

Baltimore needed just five plays to reach the end zone on a touchdown run by Henry to take a 7-0 lead.

The Titans responded well on the following drive. The offense took 10 plays to score before Pollard ran it in to tie the game at seven.

Each team traded punts before the Ravens put up 14 points in the second quarter. Even when the Titans made good plays, they gave the Ravens the ball back.

Ward found Tate on a huge play inside two minutes. Ward got the ball between two Ravens defenders, and Tate caught it.

He ran a few yards before losing the football after being hit from behind. The play would've definitely put the Titans in field-goal range, at least.

After the fumble, the Titans limited the damage to a field goal. Ravens kicker Tyler Loup nailed a 64-yarder to make it 24-7.

The offense looked better than it did in Week 3, but the Titans couldn't get out of their own way.

Jackson was questionable to return for the second half with an ankle injury. Backup quarterback Tyler Huntley entered the game for the Ravens, and the offense struggled on its first drive.

The Titans got the ball back rather quickly.

Ward and Tate were dialed in. The two continued to connect in the second half. Tate slowly inched toward his first 100-yard game in a Titans uniform.

It felt like that was a guarantee of when and not if.

The Titans offense kept getting chunk plays but eventually settled for a field goal on the opening drive of the second half, cutting the lead to 24-10.

As expected, the Ravens' offense looked much different with Huntley under center. The Ravens took a few minutes off the clock, and the Titans had a chance to cut into the lead even more, down 24-10.

It was another case of the offense not rewarding the defense's efforts. The defense didn't have very many issues getting Huntley and the Ravens off the field. The Titans offense stalled and couldn't get much going.

It's unfortunate the Titans couldn't win, given how well Tate played. He became the first Titans receiver to have over 100 yards in a game since Calvin Ridley had 131 against the Arizona Cardinals last year.

Tate ended the game with 145 receiving yards to achieve the milestone.

The Titans would score a touchdown in garbage time on a pass to Wan'Dale Robinson and hit the two-point conversion to make it 24-18 but didn't get the onside kick back.

There were plenty of positives for the Titans again, but the offense just couldn't capitalize on the defensive stops. The Ravens were held to zero points in the second half and the Titans had nothing to show for it.

Tennessee heads back home in Week 5 to face the Houston Texans at Nissan Stadium.
