Fans of the Tennessee Titans know what it’s like to have a chip on their shoulder. For years, Music City’s NFL franchise has been overlooked and underestimated. Playing in a smaller market means the Titans are rarely the national storyline, even when the team finds itself in playoff contention.
They’re often passed over for primetime games, and even when the franchise has a young quarterback selected with the first overall pick in the NFL Draft, that reality still seems to be forgotten by those outside of Nashville.
Over the last few years, some of that neglect has been deserved. Tennessee hasn’t exactly been the model of stability, and back-to-back 3–14 seasons will quickly erase any remaining benefit of the doubt.
But that chip on the shoulder — cultivated over years of being overlooked — is exactly what makes Titans fans unique.
If you’re in the seats at Nissan Stadium every Sunday, planning your next ticket package for when the new stadium opens, or heck, even reading this article, it’s because you care.
And you care deeply.
And right now is a great time to care.
That previously mentioned No. 1 overall pick quarterback showed flashes of greatness during his rookie season. The team has a new head coach, a new stadium on the horizon, and the second-most salary cap space of any team in the NFL.
So what better time than now to bring you a new home for daily Tennessee Titans coverage?
From exclusive reports to opinionated columns and everything in between, I’m proud to introduce Titans Roundtable.
I’ve spent years covering the Tennessee Titans, and after spending the last year building out Roundtable’s coverage across other sports and markets, launching Titans Roundtable felt like the natural evolution of everything we’ve been building.
Roundtable is designed to be more than just another sports website. It’s a community where fans aren’t just readers, but active participants in the conversation. I want to hear your authentic voice and all of your thoughts.
I’ll be publishing stories on a daily basis covering everything you need to know about your Tennessee Titans. And by joining our community, you’ll also have the opportunity to start your own conversations in the Titans Roundtable community section.
The sports media industry currently finds itself at a crossroads.
Much of the coverage that exists today either feels outdated or lacks the fan-first mentality that modern sports media requires. Sports fans are more informed than ever before. The average consumer now has access to breaking news on social media, film study, advanced analytics, and a seemingly endless supply of podcasts and digital content.
And yet, much of the NFL media landscape still refuses to evolve or engage in the conversations fans actually want to have.
At the same time, there remains tremendous value in real reporting — boots-on-the-ground access, in-depth analysis, and local insight into what’s happening behind the scenes.
My goal with Titans Roundtable is to bring the best of both worlds together.
No paywall. No agenda. Just a free, fan-first community that blends the energy and entertainment of modern sports media with the legitimate journalism that fans deserve.
I’ll share my opinions, and if you disagree, I want to hear it. I’ll never hesitate to ask the questions that matter or provide the insight necessary to keep Titans fans informed.
So as the new league year begins, free agency opens, and a new era of Tennessee Titans football gets underway, I encourage each and every one of you to join us here at Titans Roundtable and make it your new home for all things two-tone blue.
