Tennessee chases its first home win as key playmakers Calvin Ridley and Tyjae Spears headline a list of game-time decisions for this pivotal AFC showdown.
The Tennessee Titans look to stack another win this weekend with the Cleveland Browns coming to town.
The Titans are fresh off their first win of the season with a thrilling 26-20 victory over the Indianapolis Colts in Week 6. The team is back home for the first time in two weeks and is still searching for its first home win of the year.
The Browns are 4-2 and currently lead the AFC North.
The stage is set, and here's what we know about the Titans' injuries going into the game. No players are listed out, but there will be plenty of game-time decisions.
Tony Adams, Dorian Mausi, Calvin Ridley, Tyjae Spears and Kevin Winston Jr. were all questionable on the final injury report.
Head coach Robert Saleh said at his Friday presser that the team wasn't ruling anyone out. A few players still need to be cleared, but Saleh said everyone was trending in the right direction.
Adams has filled in at safety for the Titans lately. He stepped in when Amani Hooker went down with a concussion and missed the Week 5 game against the Houston Texans. Adams is dealing with an ankle injury.
The only day of practice that Adams was a full participant was Friday.
In the games he's played in, Adams has been very productive. He has accounted for a combined 21 total tackles, one sack and one TFL in the last two games.
His playing time on Sunday will depend on Winston's status. Winston missed the last game with a quad injury. The second-year safety was limited the first two days but returned to full participation on Friday.
Then, there's the potential return of linebacker Dorian Mausi. Mausi has missed the season so far with a foot injury and has been designated for return. The Titans activated Joshua Williams from the PUP list last week, so we'll see if the same happens for Mausi.
Mausi practiced fully every day this week and, at a minimum, could provide valuable depth.
Ridley has been nursing a hip injury. Cam Ward said at a press conference earlier this week that he would like to get Ridley more involved on offense. After being a WR1 for the Titans, Ridley's role has diminished, and he currently has 81 receiving yards.
Ridley was limited on Wednesday and Thursday and didn't practice on Friday.
As we've seen a lot this season, Spears has been dealing with a knee injury. However, it hasn't kept him out of a game yet. Expect Spears to play on Sunday unless there is a major setback.
Tony Pollard and John Franklin-Myers appeared on the injury report, but only because the Titans gave them rest throughout the week. Both of them are good to go.
Last year, the Titans and Browns had a thrilling late-season matchup. Tennessee escaped Cleveland with a narrow 31-29 win after the Browns failed on a two-point conversion in the dying embers of the fourth quarter.
We'll see if that repeats or if the defense takes over. Sunday's game kicks off at noon CT on CBS.
