New Orleans Saints offensive lineman Dillon Radunz faces a grueling recovery after a torn ACL derailed his 2026 campaign, marking a devastating setback for the former second-round pick.

The Tennessee Titans are just a few more days away from their first preseason game of the 2026 campaign.

The Titans are heading to Robert Saleh's old stomping grounds to take on the San Francisco 49ers on Thursday. Saleh was the 49ers' defensive coordinator last season and previously served from 2017-20.

Tennessee released its first depth chart before the game on Sunday afternoon. The usual players were in the starting positions, but now we know how the team will line up for Thursday's game.

While the Titans are prepping for their first preseason game, there was some unfortunate news regarding a former player elsewhere in the NFL.

The 33rd Team's Ari Meirov reported that New Orleans Saints guard/tackle Dillon Radunz had suffered a torn ACL and would miss all of the 2026 season. Radunz wasn't expected to start, but was going to provide crucial depth for the Saints' offensive line this year.

Radunz was drafted by the Titans in 2021 out of North Dakota State. He was used as a rotational player for the first two years of his Titans tenure.

He played in 12 games as a rookie with one start. Radunz then tore his ACL in 2022 after playing in 11 games with four starts.

In 2023, he worked his way into the starting lineup. Radunz then sustained a knee injury but was still able to play in 16 games.

He started 15 games for the Titans in 2024 but wasn't re-signed after his rookie deal expired, and he hit the open market.

The Saints signed Radunz to a two-year deal worth $6.9 million in 2025.

He played in 15 games with 10 starts. He spent last season as the backup left guard to Trevor Penning. Penning went down with a turf toe injury, and then Radunz stepped in to fill his place.

Heading into the Saints' first preseason game against the Jacksonville Jaguars, Radunz was listed as the backup left guard behind David Edwards on OurLads.com.

It's sad that a player like Radunz has dealt with injuries throughout his career. He had plenty of potential when the Titans drafted him in 2021.

At the end of the day, he never played a full season with the Titans, and they decided to go in a new direction.

In his final season with the Titans, Radunz was the starting right guard next to right tackle Nicholas Petit-Frere.

It's unfortunate that Radunz's season is over before it really began.
