Titans revamp their roster with key free agent signings, shaping the offense and defense. See the new depth chart and starting lineup projections.

The Tennessee Titans needed a major roster makeover after finishing at 3-14 for the second season in a row.

Luckily for General Manager Mike Borgonzi, he had plenty of cap space to work with and made sure to put it to good use.

He started with finding a backup quarterback, bringing in Mitchell Trubisky from the Buffalo Bills. Then, he added a player with ties to offensive coordinator Brian Daboll in tight end Daniel Bellinger

The Titans' biggest offensive move was signing former Giants receiver Wan'Dale Robinson. The team signed the slot receiver to a four-year, $78 million contract.

Tennessee doled out cash to defensive free agents as well, giving the most expensive contracts to defensive lineman John Franklin-Myers, and corners Alontae Taylor and Cor'Dale Flott.

A special teams need was also addressed by signing former Kansas City Chiefs and Houston Texans punter Tommy Townsend.

Now that the dust has settled, it's time to take a look at how the Titans could line up next season, courtesy of OurLads.com:

Offense

Quarterbacks: Cam Ward, Mitchell Trubisky, Will Levis

This one should be pretty straightforward.

The Titans are going to stick with Cam Ward as the starting quarterback for 2026 after a promising rookie campaign. Once Ward started limiting turnovers in the second half of the season, he really hit his stride, throwing for 1,554 passing yards, 10 touchdowns, and one interception from Weeks 9-17.

Trubisky is expected to be the backup quarterback, even with Will Levis still on the roster. Levis could either be released or traded before training camp starts in the summer.

Running Backs: Tony Pollard, Ty'Jae Spears, Kalel Mullings, Blake Watson

It looks like Tony Pollard is sticking around for now, so he'll be the expected RB1 for the Titans. Depending on who the Titans draft at No. 4 overall, whether it's an edge rusher like David Bailey or Rueben Bain, or another running back like Jeremiyah Love, Ty'Jae Spears is going to No. 2 behind Pollard.

Kalel Mullings and Blake Watson will be the third and fourth options in the backfield.

Wide Receivers: Calvin Ridley, Elic Ayomanor, Wan'Dale Robinson, Chimere Dike, Bryce Oliver, Xavier Restrepo, Mason Kinsey, Hal Presley III

This is where things get interesting.

Ayomanor is going to be lining up on the left, with Ridley on the right side. Robinson will reprise his role with the Giants at the Titans, as he will be the slot receiver. Chimere Dike and Xavier Restrepo are going to be the options in the slot, with Bryce Oliver, Mason Kinsey and Hal Presley III as rotational pieces for Ridley and Ayomanor.

Tight Ends: Gunnar Helm, Daniel Bellinger, Kylen Granson, David Martin-Robinson, Joel Wilson

Gunnar Helm and Bellinger will be the top tight ends for Tennessee now that Chig Okonkwo is no longer with the organization. The plan for tight end became pretty clear after Okonkwo departed the team in free agency and signed with the Washington Commanders.

Helm will be the receiving tight end, with Bellinger set to help out as a blocker who can be a receiver if needed. Kylen Granson, David Martin-Robinson and Joel Wilson will be rotating in off the bench.

Offensive Line: Peter Skoronski, Dan Moore Jr., J.C. Latham, Austin Schlottmann, Cordell Volson, Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson, Jackson Slater, Ryan Hayes, Drew Moss, Trey Hill, Garrett Dellinger, Clay Webb

The Titans needed a center after the release of Lloyd Cushenberry. Borgonzi signed former Giants center Austin Schlottmann to compete for the starting job. He also made a move to bring in former Cincinnati Bengals guard Cordell Volson.

For Dan Moore Jr., J.C. Latham and Peter Skoronski, nothing will change from 2025. All three will be starting at their respective positions in 2026. Schlottmann is the projected starting center, with Volson expected to win the right guard job.

Brandon Crenshaw-Dickson is going to back up Moore at left tackle, with Ryan Hayes set to do the same for Latham at right tackle. Drew Moss and Trey Hill are Schlottmann's backups at center.

Jackson Slater will be the No. 2 RG, with Garrett Dellinger and Clay Webb as the No. 2 and No. 3 LGs.

Defense

EDGE: Jermaine Johnson, Femi Oladejo, Jaylen Harrell, Malik Herring, Ali Gaye, David Ebuka Agoha, Truman Jones, Nate Lynn, Jacob Martin

Jermaine Johnson was brought in to be one of the starting edge rushers on Gus Bradley's defense. The team still hasn't made a move for another edge rusher, so Femi Oladejo will remain the other starter until further notice.

Johnson will be on the left, with Oladejo on the right.

Jacob Martin, Truman Jones, Malik Herring and Nate Lynn are going to be rotating in on the left side with Johnson.

Jaylen Harrell, Ali Gaye, and David Ebuka Agoha are on the right side as depth pieces.

Defensive Tackle: Jeffrey Simmons, John Franklin-Myers, Solomon Thomas, C.J. Ravenell, Timmy Horne, Jordan Elliott, Cam Horsley, Isaiah Raikes, Earnest Brown IV

John Franklin-Myers was signed to be the complementary piece to Jeffrey Simmons on the interior of the defensive line. Simmons and Franklin-Myer should be a very exciting duo to watch as the starting defensive tackles.

Solomon Thomas, Jordan Elliott, Cam Horsely, C.J. Ravenell, Isaiah Raikes, Earnest Brown IV and Timmy Horne will be rotating in and out at DT for the Titans.

Linebackers: Cody Barton, James Williams, Cedric Gray, Dorian Mausi, Cam Riley,

The linebacker room will look mostly the same for the Titans.

Cody Barton is going to line up at middle linebacker again, with Cedric Gray as the Will linebacker. James Williams Sr., Cam Riley, and Dorian Mausi are going to be rotational pieces.

Mausi is the backup for Barton, and Williams and Riley are the backups for Gray.

Cornerbacks: Alontae Taylor, Cor'Dale Flott, Joshua Williams, Keydrain Calligan, Micah Robinson, Marcus Harris, Erick Hallett

The three main starting cornerbacks for the Titans are going to be Alontae Taylor, Cord'Dale Flott and Marcus Harris. Taylor, Flott, and Joshua Williams were all brought in as free agents.

Taylor and Flott will be the outside, with Harris lining up in the slot. Williams and Keydrain Calligan are backing up Taylor. Micah Robinson is behind Flott, with the other slot corner being Erick Hallett.

Safeties: Amani Hooker, Kevin Winston Jr., Kendell Brooks, Jerrick Reed II, Tony Adams, Sanoussi Kane,

The starting safeties will remain the same for the Titans. Bringing Tony Adams into the mix in free agency gives the team a lot more depth.

Amani Hooker is the strong safety, while Kevin Winston Jr. is the free safety. Adams is the No. 2 SS, and Sanoussi Kane is No. 3. The FS depth includes Kendell Brooks and Jerrick Reed II.

Special Teams: Tommy Townsend, Joey Slye, Chimere Dike, Morgan Cox, Mason Kinsey

The only move the Titans made on special teams was with Townsend, who'll be the punter. The team retained long snapper Morgan Cox and kicker Joey Slye. Dike will reprise his role as the team's main return specialist, with Mason Kinsey behind him.
