The Vikings took another blow on Sunday with a loss to the Green Bay Packers, in what was yet another rough offensive showing for quarterback JJ McCarthy. He was unable to get anything going against the Packers’ defense. He was limited to just 87 yards passing with no touchdowns and two interceptions. 

This season has not been kind thus far for McCarthy. Despite playing just six games this season because of injury, he already has nine interceptions. With the season flying by and the playoffs looking further out of reach, the Vikings are hoping that JJ McCarthy can begin to look more like a franchise quarterback.
