On the February 11th edition of the "Up & Adams" show, former Minnesota Vikings legendary pass rusher Jared Allen expressed his understanding how the kind of urgency Vikings fans have as they are still trying to process the lost season that was 2025.

This is especially considering the perception that the VIkings' roster won't be getting any younger.

He said, “From a Vikings fan standpoint, you’re looking at one of the best receiving corps in the league,“ Allen added. “How long can we sustain that? We got a defense that finished the season red hot, but everybody’s getting older. Every year they get older and then those pieces start to fall off."

The NFL is also known by the moniker of "Not For Long", and this would be another situation where missing opportunities for postseason success can prove disastrous in the long run.
