Justin Jefferson leaves the game with an ankle injury

The Vikings were struck with some bad luck on Sunday when they lost their superstar wide receiver Justin Jefferson to an ankle injury. 

The injury came in the second quarter on a reception. There will likely be a MRI in Jefferson’s future, but reports were that the star receiver tried to tough it out to return to the field but ultimately was unable to. 

Hopefully the Vikings will receive some positive news on Monday about Jefferson’s injury.
