Kyler Murray likely out week 2

The Minnesota Vikings’ early 2026 season has already been a roller coaster. The new quarterback that everyone expected would begin the season as the starter went out early with a concussion. But it was backup QB Carson Wentz that stole the show. 

Ian Rapoport appeared on The Pat McAfee Show and gave an update on Murray’s health. Rapoport said that his return for week two was not in the cards. He added, however, that Murray is expected to start again when healthy.
