We are a little over a month away from the 2026 NFL Draft and the Minnesota Vikings will have some work to do if they want to improve their roster. Mel Kiper Jr released his most recent mock draft on Tuesday, and he predicts that the Vikings will select Oregon safety Dillon Thieneman in the first round. 

Mel Kiper Jr says of his prediction, “Every time I do this exercise, the Oregon safety ends up staring me in the face at pick 18. He’s a perfect fit.”
