JJ McCarthy’s injury just delays the debate

Fans were left in the dark about JJ McCarthy’s future prior to the news of the Vikings’ roster cuts the other day. Despite the rumors circulating that the former Michigan alumni would not make the 53-man roster, McCarthy ended the day still a member of the Vikings.

But with McCarthy’s current injury, is the debate over the QB1 spot gone for good or is it simply just delayed?

When McCarthy returns from injury, the success of the team will play a part in what his role on this roster will be.
