Vikings fans may be feeling all types of emotions watching Sam Darnold winning the Super Bowl, but if anything they should be cheering for him. He led his team to a championship game in a loaded NFC conference. 

Sam Darnold and the Seahawks dominated the Patriots to take home the Lombardi trophy. It was clear last offseason that the Vikings chose J.J. McCarthy over Darnold. Vikings fans will never know what could have been had they re-signed Darnold, but regardless they should be praising his well-deserved championship.
