One of the NFL's best scheduling moves recently was waiting to flex the entire Week 18 schedule. They've waited until now to determine dates and game times for the final week of the regular season.
There's still a lot to be determined, and the NFL has juggled the schedule around to make sure the three high-profile games where divisional titles — and the first-round bye in the NFC — are all in standalone national prime-time windows. The league also announced all the other game times for the full 16-game slate.
The biggest game involves the 13-3 Seattle Seahawks and the 12-4 San Francisco 49ers in Santa Clara. The winner claims the NFC West crown, and the bonus of earning a first-round bye. The loser will be a wild-card team and start the playoffs on the road. That game is Saturday night at 8 p.m.
There are two other division crowns still to be claimed. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers host the Carolina Panthers on Saturday at 4:30 p.m. ET. The winner gets the NFC South title, and the loser is eliminated.
It's the same thing with the Baltimore Ravens and Pittsburgh Steelers. They'll play Sunday night in primetime, with an 8:20 ET kickoff, and the winners is AFC North champion. That loser is elimimated as well
