One of the most iconic rodeos of the sport is the Calgary Stampede. Held in Calgary, Alberta, July 4-13, the rodeo is split into three pools. The top three money winners in each event in each pool move on to Showdown Sunday and we have that recap, right here. Be sure to catch all the action in Sunday’s Semi-Finals and Showdown rounds, on The Cowboy Channel.

Bareback Riding

In Pool A, Cole Franks, Waylon Bourgeois, and Mason Stuller each earned a round win en route to qualifying for the Semi-Finals.

Pool B saw round wins for Cooper Cooke and Sam Petersen, with both cowboys earning a seat in the semis. Dean Thompson rode with consistency, placing in all three rounds and also moving on.

Garrett Shadbolt earned two round wins to move on in Pool C, along with Round 1 winner Weston Timberman and R.C. Landingham.

Another trio of cowboys from Pool A who each earned a round win on their way to the semis, Scott Guenthner, Kyle Irwin, and Justin Shaffer will all make at least one more run at the Calgary Stampede.

With Will Lummus taking the Round 3 win, and splitting the win with Rowdy Parrott and Cash Robb in Round 2, he will move on alongside both of the round co-champions from Pool B.

In Pool C, Holden Myers, Chance Howard, and Jace Melvin all earned a seat in the semi-finals.
