Featuring a mix of country music’s biggest names, in addition to some of the most iconic rock bands of all time, the headliners include Jason Aldean, Cody Johnson, and Creed, in addition to performances by Lynyrd Skynyrd, Old Dominion and Bailey Zimmerman.
The New Orleans event marks the third Hondo Rodeo Fest after launching in November of 2024 at Chase Field in Phoenix, AZ and returning for a sold-out event in November of 2025. Known for its dedication to providing an immersive fan experience for Western culture, the three-day experience is centered around an invite-only, champion-level rodeo format with a $1 million prize purse, nightly full concert series and Western-themed Street Fest.

The Hondo Rodeo Fest Night One kicks off on Friday, April 10th with the return of country music icon Jason Aldean, with opener Lynyrd Skynyrd, the legends behind some of the most famous rock songs of all time, including "Sweet Home Alabama" and "Free Bird.” From contemporary country to southern rock, the duo is set to kick off the Hondo Rodeo Fest in style.
Saturday, April 11th - Cody Johnson & Old Dominion
Night Two features multi-platinum selling artist Cody Johnson, fresh off his Male Vocalist of The Year win at the 59th Annual CMA Awards. Opening for Johnson is Old Dominion, the 8-time Academy of Country Music, 7-time Country Music Association Vocal Group of the Year.

Closing The Hondo Rodeo Fest on Night Three is Creed, one of the most prominent rock bands from the late 1990s and early 2000s, with three consecutive multi-platinum albums and hits like “Higher,” “With Arms Wide Open” and “One Last Breath.” Opening for Creed is multi-platinum singer-songwriter Bailey Zimmerman, one of country music’s brightest stars.
Ticket On-Sale Date Details
The 2026 Hondo Rodeo Fest in New Orleans pre-sale kicks off on Wednesday, December 10th at 10:00 am CT, with general on-sale beginning Friday, December 12th at 10:00 am CT. Early ticket buyers will receive 20% off through December 19th and 10% off through January 31, 2026.
Tickets include access to both the rodeo and the concert. Limited floor passes are also available to add to your ticket purchase for front-of-stage floor access to the concert, following the conclusion of the rodeo.
