In the midst of their late-season comeback, Tricia Aldridge and Adios Pantalones add a major payday to their season earnings with a win in Filer, ID.

Tricia Aldridge and Adios Pantalones continued their comeback at the Magic Valley Stampede in Filer, Idaho, turning in a 16.80-second run to win the barrel racing and collect $5,894. After Adios was sidelined with an injury earlier this year, the duo has returned to competition and currently sit in the Top 15 in the world standings.

The field behind her was packed with some of the sport’s biggest names. Austyn Tobey finished second with a 16.89-second run, while Brittany Pozzi Tonozzi placed third with a 16.91. Katelyn Scott was fourth with a 16.94, followed by Lisa Lockhart’s 17.04.

The Magic Valley Stampede also featured strong performances across the other events. Breakaway roping had a stacked leaderboard as well, with Hali Williams taking the win with a blazing 1.7-second run to collect $6,420. Reigning World Champion Taylor Munsell finished second with a 1.8, followed by a tie between Jordi Edens-Mitchell and Aspen Miller with a pair of 1.9-second runs.

In bareback riding, Leighton Berry and R.C. Landingham split the win after each scored 89 points. Carson Hildre finished third with an 87.5-point ride, and Kade Sonnier rounded out the top four with 86.5 points.

Ty Erickson and Ben Mitchell shared the steer wrestling title with matching 3.6-second runs, earning $4,422 apiece. No. 6-ranked Tristan Martin finished third with a 3.8, while Trisyn Kalawaia and Colten Leech tied for fourth with a pair of 4.0-second runs.

Brye Crites and Ross Ashford led the field in the team roping with a 4.3-second run, collecting over $5,000 each. Second place saw a three-way tie between Derrick Begay and Will Woodfin, Cyle Denison and Tanner Braden, and Cody Snow and Lane Mitchell, who each stopped the clock in 4.5 seconds.

Mitch Pollock topped the saddle bronc riding leaderboard with 89 points on Sankey Pro Rodeo & Phenom Genetics' 7 of Spades. Ben Andersen, who recently moved into the No. 15 spot in the world standings, finished second with an 88-point ride. Kade Bruno and Waitley Sharon tied for third with a pair of 87.5-point rides.

No. 6-ranked Ty Harris continued his successful season with a 7.5-second run to take home the event title and $5,358. Haven Meged placed second with a 7.9, followed by Max Mathis’ 8.4, and Trevor Hale and Cory Solomon’s 8.5-second runs.

Jeter Lawrence finished out the weekend with a winning 88-point ride on Sankey Pro Rodeo & Phenom Genetics’ Back In Black. Austen Hamblin placed second with 87 points, while Cooper Caldwell finished third with an 86.5.
