England manager Thomas Tuchel will have to make changes to his starting lineup, with Reece James suspected to be unavailable after picking up a muscle injury in the semi-final.
France have injuries to William Saliba, who was substituted with a back injury in the semi-final, and Brice Samba.
The two nations have played each other 32 times, with England winning 17 and France 10. France had the upper hand in the last match - a 2-1 win in the quarter-finals of the 2022 World Cup.

The referee is Jesús Valenzuela from Venezuela, supported by a full South American officiating crew. His assistant referees are Jorge Urrego and Tulio Moreno, also from Venezuela, while the VAR duties will be handled by Leodán González of Uruguay.
