France beat the Moroccans 2-0 with great performances from the Bayern Munich players in their squad.

Following an electrifying match between France and Morocco, the first semi-finalist of the World Cup has been confirmed. With France now just two steps away from regaining the title, the question on everyone’s mind is: who will be crowned world champion?

A good performance for Michael Olise

Michael Olise had an excellent match playing behind the center forward. He completed 80% of his passes (40/50), 30 of which were completed in Morocco's half.

He had 77 touches of the ball, completed four dribbles out of nine and had three shots throughout the match.

A rock at the back

Dayot Upamecano recorded eight defensive contributions, winning three of five duels.  He was fundamental in playing out from the back with 95% effectiveness in his completed passes (59/62).

Now they await their rivals for the semi-final, Spain or Belgium.
