It looks like Chelsea have sent scouts to watch the Bournemouth forward, but he is also wanted by Liverpool and Real Madrid.

Bournemouth have a fantastic record when it comes to recruiting talent. Over the past six months or so, we have seen their players make big-money moves to Real Madrid, Liverpool, PSG and Manchester City. Now, it looks like one of their forwards has caught the eye of Chelsea.

Chelsea do need to strengthen their forward ranks. Joao Pedro has been excellent under the management of Liam Rosenior, and we can only hope that this newfound form lasts for the Brazilian. The £30 million signing of Liam Delap is proving to be a mistake though.

Delap has scored just one goal in the Premier League so far. It is quite clear that Chelsea would have been better off continuing with Nicolas Jackson.

Speaking of Jackson, he has found the going tough this season, having joined Bayern Munich on loan in the summer. Since then, he has scored just five times, and it is hard to imagine the Bavarian club would be too eager to spend a significant sum of money to sign him permanently.

Even then, Jackson is not expected to have a future at Chelsea, especially after having pushed through an exit late in the summer, even though the club wanted to keep him after Delap's injury.

So, Chelsea might very well be back in the transfer market looking to sign a striker in the summer and they seem to have set their sights on one of the Premier League's most exciting rising youngsters.

According to Rahman Osman, Chelsea, Liverpool and Real Madrid have all sent scouts to watch Eli Junior Kroupi.

Kroupi certainly looks like a special talent. He is still just 19 years of age but has scored 8 goals in 846 minutes of Premier League football, and is already starting for Bournemouth consistently on the back of his strong displays.

Before this, he had scored 22 goals in 30 Ligue 2 games last season for Lorient, helping them finish top of the French second division and win promotion to Ligue 1.

So, by all accounts, Kroupi looks like a natural goalscorer, something that Chelsea have not had since Diego Costa left the club. That being said, just because he has done well in the French second division and for Bournemouth does not mean that he will be able to lead the line for the Blues. He is the type of talent worth taking a risk on though.
