Norway 1-1 England Half Time: Bellingham Fires Back Before The Break
Jul 11, 2026 10:09 PM
It's half time in Miami, after a half of football where for the majority of it, England would have felt as though they were in control, boasting 68% possession heading into the break.
However, this control came to an abrupt end after Andreas Schjelderup was able to lash the ball into the top left corner, catching Pickford off guard and putting his side ahead.
What ensued was a brief period of threat from the Norwegians, who came close to adding to their lead again after Alexander Sørloth failed to square the ball to an in-form Erling Haaland, who seemed less than pleased by his teammate's decision.
However, minutes before the break, England were able to respond through Jude Bellingham once again, which was soon followed by a narrowly offside finish from Harry Kane, with it now all to play for heading into the second half.
