Phil Parkinson says football should move on following the FA’s punishment of Southampton manager Tonda Eckert: a six-week suspended ban and £28,000 fine.
Parkinson questioned how long the investigation took but believes Southampton have already suffered a substantial punishment, including losing their opportunity to reach the Premier League.
