Ahead of this summer's FIFA World Cup in the USA, Canada and Mexico, here is everything you need to know about every Real Madrid player at the tournament
Tomorrow evening, at 21:00 CET the 2026 FIFA World Cup will begin when Mexico host South Africa in Mexico City, exactly 16 years to the day since the same sides played the opening game in Johannesburg.
Over the next few weeks, there will be lots of action for Real Madrid players. Let’s take a look at what the schedule looks like for each and every one of them. All kick off times will be CET.
To kick things off, Vinicius and Endrick’s Brazil face Morocco on the 14th at 00:00, before playing Haiti on the 20th at 02:30, and Scotland on the 24th at 00:00
Then, Brahim Diaz’s Morocco, also in Group B, will face Brazil in the aforementioned opener, before playing Scotland and Haiti at the same 00:00 kick off slots on the 20th and 24th respectively.
In Group D, Arda Guler’s Turkey side will play their first World Cup game since three years before the Real Madrid midfielder was born when they play Australia on the 14th at 06:00. They then face Paraguay on the 20th at 05:00, followed by a clash with hosts USA on the 26th at 04:00.
Next up in Group E, Antonio Rudiger and Germany face Curacao on the 14th at 18:00, followed by Ivory Coast and Ecuador at 22:00 on the 20th and 25th respectively. There is hope that confirmation of the defender's new contract will be official before then.
Down in Group G, Thibaut Courtois’ Belgium begin their tournament against Egypt on the 15th at 21:00, Iran at the same time on the 21st, before rounding things off against New Zealand on the 27th at 05:00.
In Group H, Federico Valverde’s Uruguay showdown with Saudi Arabia on the 16th at 00:00, Cape Verde at the same time on the 22nd, and then Spain - famously with no Real Madrid players themselves - on the 27th at 02:00.
Meanwhile, in Group I, Aurelien Tchouameni, Kylian Mbappe and France take on Senegal on the 16th at 21:00, Iraq on the 22nd at 23:00, before playing Norway on the 26th at 21:00 to round off the group.
So, there you have it. There is the rundown of every Real Madrid player at the World Cup this summer, including the departing David Alaba, it only felt fair to include him in this too. Good Luck to each and every player, and let's hope they return to the club without any injuries. Go well.
