PSG and Arsenal clash for two young stars, with a €150M price tag on Lille's Bouaddi and Palmeiras' Conceicao.

Rivals in the Champions League, Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal, also compete behind the scenes in the transfer market and are targeting at least two promising young players, including Ayyoub Bouaddi, the French midfielder from LOSC.

Considered one of the greatest talents at his position and for his age, the young Lille midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi, 18, is logically in the sights of Europe's biggest clubs, including PSG and Arsenal, which have been interested in him for several months, as has widely leaked on numerous occasions.

In early December, Bouaddi decided to extend his contract with LOSC by two years, until 2029, but everyone is preparing for a transfer this summer. According to RMC, Olivier Letang hopes for offers exceeding €50 million for his young midfielder. We can tell you that the Lille president even dreams of getting more than for Leny Yoro, sold to Manchester United for €62 million plus €8 million in bonuses.

Last week, FootMercato stated that a PSG vs. Arsenal duel was looming next summer for Bouaddi, who is also courted by other clubs, like Chelsea. In England, The Guardian confirmed the Gunners' interest, as did the London media outlet Football London, which wrote in recent days: "Sources close to the player have hinted that if Paris Saint-Germain and Arsenal decided to formalize their interest, the battle to secure the young player's services would likely be between these two clubs."

The will of the main party involved will certainly play a big role in this case, as he will also have to decide in the coming months between France and Morocco, two countries he can represent. Meanwhile, PSG and Arsenal are competing for another transfer case, according to the Brazilian press.

PSG Cited in the Eduardo Conceicao Case, the New Gem of Palmeiras

According to ESPN Brasil, PSG is the latest European giant to join the race for Eduardo Conceicao, a 16-year-old Brazilian winger playing for Palmeiras, who made a name for himself last January during the Copinha, that famous and globally renowned Brazilian youth tournament.

With four goals in the competition (all against the same team), Eduardo Conceicao signed his first professional contract with the Sao Paulo-based club on Jan. 9. A contract until 2029 with a release clause set at €100 million. According to ESPN Brasil, PSG's interest was communicated to Eduardo Conceicao's entourage by another agent close to PSG's management last week.

For now, there would have been no offer transmitted from PSG, but this same source revealed last October that Arsenal was also interested in this promising player, as were... Barcelona, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, and Newcastle. The academy club of Endrick and also Estevao, Palmeiras would have already rejected a €16 million offer for its jewel last October, according to ESPN, which, however, does not know which club it was.

Eduardo Conceicao has not yet played for Palmeiras' first team and is expected to play with its U20 team during the first half of 2026. Regardless, this young player cannot play in Europe until he turns 18, which he will in December 2027. At best, he could therefore sign in Europe in the 2028 winter window, but European clubs could very well act before then.

Finally, it should be noted that PSG has also been linked in recent weeks with another promising Palmeiras player, defensive midfielder Luis Pacheco, 18, who has just been integrated into the first team of the reigning Brazilian runner-up.
