A French journalist believes Bayern Munich's "different caliber" will prove an insurmountable obstacle for PSG.

Already opponents during the first phase of the Champions League, since Bayern Munich came to win at the Parc des Princes (1-2) last November, Paris Saint-Germain and the Bavarian club meet again, but this time for a place in the final.
Less than two weeks from the first leg, the prediction game has already begun. On the set of the L'Equipe channel, Gregory Schneider is convinced that this time the European champions will hit a wall and will not have the opportunity to defend their title on May 30 in Hungary.
For the cited journalist, this Bayern Munich is of a different caliber than all the teams PSG has beaten this season. In other words, he thinks the 2025 Ballon d'Or winner and his teammates will be knocked out.
In response to Jerome Alonzo, who is cautiously confident about Paris Saint-Germain, Schneider is very clear on the Champions League scenario.
"You forget what Bayern Munich is, you forget the mindset, you forget the culture, you forget the ability to make their opponents falter. You also forget their impact, because Paris has never faced such an impact, except in the group stage against Bayern, and they lost. Bayern can take possession of the ball, which can change many things. You underestimate Bayern Munich's ability to rise above. And I believe they can do it," Schneider said.
This doubleheader [April 28 at the Parc des Princes and May 6 at the Allianz Arena] promises to be thrilling because many believe the qualifying club will be the overwhelming favorite for the next Champions League final.
Arsenal and Atletico Madrid, who will compete for the other ticket to Hungary, probably do not share that view, but all of Europe now eagerly awaits this clash between Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich, two teams with spectacular play from which only one club will emerge victorious.
