PSG's Bradley Barcola faces an uncertain future as coach Luis Enrique leaves him out of the Trophee des Champions final.

The story between Paris Saint-Germain and left winger Bradley Barcola remains unclear at this point in the summer transfer market.

For a couple of weeks, it was made known that PSG's No. 29 has no intention of renewing with the Parisian team, despite having a contract until June 2028. Therefore, coach Luis Enrique has not hesitated to drop clues about the Frenchman's future.

On Sunday, Paris Saint-Germain faced R.C. Lens (1-0) in the Trophee des Champions 2026 final, and Barcola was not among the called-up players.

For the fans, it was a complete surprise, but as the Spanish coach, he is known for making anything possible.

According to L'Equipe, in words collected by Canal Supporters, this is obviously one of Luis Enrique's intentional tactics, as he only wants to count on players who are committed to the team.

According to the same outlet, Barcola is not 100% available, but he remains discreet and calm about his relationship with PSG.

Luis Enrique, on the other hand, refused to say any word about the future of Barcola and his teammate Ibrahim Mbaye, who is also said to be leaving the club.

Thus, before the match, this was the most talked-about topic, and after receiving it with a shower of doubts, he simply refused to speak about it.

"I'll talk about the situation after the transfer window has passed," the coach said.

Even in the post-match interviews, after the defeat at Stade Bollaert-Delelis, a visibly upset and frustrated Luis Enrique again dismissed questions about the future of his two players with a simple "Thanks. Goodbye."

Meanwhile, Liverpool FC continues to circle him closely and is apparently willing to make a better, much larger offer to keep the young star before the transfer window ends.

Many have also said Arsenal FC would be the one to keep PSG's left winger, as it has been inquiring about him for months, but according to experts, Barcola would prefer Liverpool.

Without a doubt, the centre of attention is on Barcola right now, and every day both PSG and Liverpool fans wake up anxious for news about it, but there is still no resolution.

But in the end, the affection and appreciation that the Parisian fans have for Bradley will not go away, and if the young player decides to move away from the club to have more prominence on another team, they will certainly continue to support him wherever he goes, because the young Frenchman is one of the great promises that soccer currently has.
