PSG released a limited medical report before facing Le Mans, listing only Senny Mayulu and Alessandro Longoni as injured.

On the eve of a PSG vs. Le Mans match that will launch a busy October, the capital club released a limited medical report, listing only two names and excluding a key player.

PSG will face Le Mans on Saturday night without several important players, and its training room is practically empty. The club released its traditional pre-match medical report, and only two names appear, which is very few, especially after an international break with many knocks.

As expected, PSG's two injured players are Senny Mayulu, hurt with France's under-21 team, and Alessandro Longoni, who returned from his stint with Italy's under-19 team injured. The first remains in treatment; the second has already resumed individual work in the gym. But neither will play against Le Mans, or even all of October, for Mayulu.

PSG's other two absentees are Ousmane Dembélé and Nuno Mendes, left to rest after an international break in which they played a lot, but that means, on the other hand, that many players who were slightly banged up are fine: Ferran Torres, Warren Zaïre-Emery and Achraf Hakimi are fit for this PSG-Le Mans match, having dealt with minor health issues before or during this break.

He said, “For me, he was brilliant, as usual, with the national team too. You can buy a ticket to see Dembélé in a stadium. He’s always open to showing up, to shooting, to playing with his teammates. I think he was very good. After this international break, we’re thinking about each player individually. We felt we needed this. Ousmane needs to rest for the upcoming Ligue 1 and Champions League matches. You have to get used to it because that’s how it will be this season.”
