PSG's schedule for the week includes a trip to Lille on Friday and the Champions League league-phase draw on Thursday.
PSG made their way back to the Campus PSG at Poissy (training centre) on Monday morning for its traditional day-after-match session, following the 2-2 draw at Rennes on Sunday. Paris will play again this Friday night at Lille, the day after the Champions League league-phase draw.
PSG’s schedule for the week is known. After a late-morning training session this Monday, Luis Enrique’s group will rest on Tuesday and return to the Campus on Wednesday at 11 a.m. (France time) for another training session behind closed doors. The Parisians will train again Thursday morning, starting at 11 a.m., this time with 15 minutes open to the press.
Thursday will be a relatively busy day for PSG, as Luis Enrique will hold a news conference starting at 1 p.m. for the traditional pre-match press conference. Starting at 6 p.m., the reigning two-time European champion will also keep a close eye on Monaco, where the Champions League league-phase draw will take place.
Starting Friday, the team will travel to Lille to face LOSC in the opener of Ligue 1’s 2nd matchday, with kickoff set for 8:45 p.m. The Dogues started their season with a 2-0 win at Angers on Sunday with goals from Olivier Giroud and Tiago Santos. PSG’s players will then get two days of rest (Saturday and Sunday) before starting a new week marked by the end of the transfer window (Tuesday, Sept. 1, at 7:59 p.m.) and the home match against Monaco on Friday, Sept. 4.
