PSG has become a true machine, almost impossible to beat. This is what they are demonstrating by qualifying for the UEFA Champions League final for the second consecutive year. In the midst of this celebration, the Parisians have been linked with Manchester City star Rayan Cherki.

Cherki, 22, was already a target for PSG in previous seasons, when he still played for Olympique Lyonnais. And now, according to reports coming from Spain, the French winger is again on head coach Luis Enrique's agenda.

According to the specialized outlet Fichajes, the now-Manchester City star is a target in the market for PSG. The Parisians would be willing to negotiate, aware of how complicated this operation would be.

"Rayan Cherki, currently at Manchester City, has become one of PSG's priorities to strengthen its squad for next season," the cited outlet began explaining.

Several things must be taken into consideration. PSG is a team that, for the moment, seems to have its winger positions well covered, with players like Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, Desire Doue, Bradley Barcola, and Ousmane Dembele himself, who used to play there.

Other players, such as Lee Kang-In, Senny Mayulu, and Ibrahim Mbaye, can also play as wingers. In any case, it is easier to imagine the Parisian club seeking a striker profile, given that it has recently been reported that Goncalo Ramos could leave in search of more minutes.

"PSG's interest responds directly to Luis Enrique's will. The Asturian coach seeks to incorporate players with the ability to energize the attack and break down closed defenses, and he considers that Cherki meets those characteristics," wrote journalist Nacho Estrella.
