PSG is closing in on its first summer signing: Monaco's Maghnes Akliouche. The price tag is $55M, and the deal is gaining traction, per reports.

Bradley Barcola's future at PSG is uncertain, but the possible arrival of Maghnes Akliouche is gaining traction. The French capital club has set a date with the Monaco player after the final against Arsenal.

PSG is now focused on May 30 and the Champions League final in Budapest, but behind the scenes, Luis Campos is already actively working on the next transfer window.

Barcola, 23, who is attracting interest from several Premier League clubs, is making headlines, but PSG already has a very clear idea of its reinforcements.

According to Djamel, the best-informed insider on the European champions, the arrival of 24-year-old Akliouche is indeed a priority for Parisian management.

The young Monaco offensive player, who caused problems for Paris in the Champions League playoffs, is Luis Enrique's No. 1 choice. And in the current climate, Nasser Al-Khelaifi will refuse nothing to his coach, especially when it comes to Akliouche, a player whose talent is not lost on anyone.

For the insider, everything is gradually falling into place and should materialize in a very precise timing.

"PSG has already advanced its pawns: several leads have been studied, and initial meetings have been held. Among them, the one leading to Akliouche remains very active. The club recently renewed contact with the Monaco player's entourage, who was particularly charmed by the Parisian project. Approved by Luis Enrique and highly appreciated by Luis Campos, the case is to be followed closely as soon as the European campaign ends," indicates Djamel, who in recent years has always had accurate and serious information about PSG.

On the AS Monaco side, they will not force the French international to stay, but if PSG really wants to bring him in next summer, they will still have to make a substantial offer. Valued at $55 million, Akliouche will not leave the Principality club for less than that. But PSG is aware of the value of the 24-year-old Monaco winger, and his profile matches exactly what Luis Enrique desires.
